Fuel Combustion System
The fuel (diesel/gasoline) is extracted from the fuel tank by the on-board battery-driven oil pump, and then centrifugally atomized by the atomizer, mixed with the air sucked in by the combustion-supporting fan, and ignited by the glow plug. The mixed gas is fully burned in the main combustion chamber and the afterburner, generating high-temperature flue gas (the combustion temperature can reach above 800°C)
Heat Transfer Path
Water Heating Type: The combustion chamber is connected to the water jacket interlayer, and the high-temperature flue gas heats the coolant medium. The heated coolant circulates in the engine pipeline through the circulating water pump (or heat convection)
Air Heating Type: The heat sink on the outer wall of the combustion chamber directly heats the air, and the fan sends the hot air into the cab (without the need for coolant circulation)
Car camping offers freedom and flexibility that traditional camping can't always provide. Whether you're spending a night in a remote location or enjoying a weekend at a campsite, maintaining a comfortable temperature is often a challenge—especially in weather. Two devices that have made a real difference for campers are the 12V tent heater and the 12V electric cooler. Compact, efficient, and designed specifically for vehicles and small spaces, these tools help bridge the gap between rugged travel and personal comfort.
A 12V tent heater is designed to provide safe, supplemental warmth in compact spaces like tents or car interiors during camping trips. Powered through a car's 12V outlet or a portable power station, these heaters are typically lightweight, easy to use, and quick to set up—making them a practical option for campers who want added warmth without dealing with bulky gear.
Many 12V heaters for camping use ceramic or PTC (positive temperature coefficient) elements, which heat up efficiently and are safer than open-flame alternatives. They're ideal for warming up a small tent or the inside of a vehicle during cold evenings or early mornings. Many models come with built-in safety features, such as automatic shutoff for overheating or tipping, adding peace of mind.
While they may not replace a full-fledged RV heater or diesel unit in freezing temperatures, 12V heaters are useful for mild to moderately cold conditions, especially during spring and autumn camping trips.
What makes them especially appealing is the plug-and-play convenience—no fuel handling, no complicated installation, and quick results. For campers looking for a bit more warmth without hassle, a 12V tent heater is a smart, user-friendly choice.
Staying cool while car camping in warm weather can be just as important as staying warm in colder conditions. A 12V electric cooler offers a simple, efficient way to keep food and drinks cold without relying on ice. These devices plug directly into a vehicle's cigarette lighter socket or 12V port and start cooling immediately.
There are two main types of 12V electric coolers: thermoelectric and compressor-based. Thermoelectric models are typically more affordable and compact. They're ideal for keeping snacks, drinks, or sandwiches chilled for short trips or day use. However, they're suited for moderate temperatures since their cooling ability is usually limited to about 20°C below ambient temperature.
Compressor-based coolers, while a bit more expensive, offer stronger and more consistent cooling, similar to a home fridge. Some can even freeze items down to -20°C (-4°F), making them ideal for longer camping trips or storing meat, dairy, or medications.
These coolers are highly portable, often designed with carrying handles, low-noise operation, and rugged construction. Their compact size means they fit easily in trunks, back seats, or cargo areas without taking up too much space.
Another advantage is their energy efficiency. A typical 12V cooler uses 30–60 watts of power while running, making them compatible with solar panels or portable battery packs—good for off-grid setups.
Whether you're camping in summer heat or just want to keep food fresh on the road, a 12V electric cooler provides a reliable, ice-free solution. It adds convenience and helps reduce food waste, all while enhancing the overall camping experience.
For anyone who enjoys car camping, having the right gear can significantly improve comfort. A 12V tent heater ensures you stay warm when temperatures drop, while a 12V electric cooler helps you beat the heat and keep essentials fresh. Both tools are designed for easy use, powered by your car or battery, and tailored for life on the go. Together, they make camping more enjoyable, regardless of the season.
