2026 Zhoushan Team Building・Warm Recap

From June 29 to 30, we temporarily stepped away from our busy work routines and gathered at Zhujiajian in Zhoushan for a heartfelt team-building trip themed "Riding the Waves of Mountains and Seas, United in Pursuit of Excellence." Over two days and one night, amidst azure skies and crystal-clear seas, we explored the coastal scenery on foot, ignited collaborative enthusiasm through laughter, and savored the authentic flavors of the fishing village—quietly creating warm memories that belong solely to us along the East China Sea coast.

As we journey toward the sea, breathtaking scenery

June in Zhoushan boasts clear skies, green hills and glittering seas. We walked soft beaches amid drifting clouds and seagulls. Crashing waves and cool winds brought us pure peace. Barefoot on the shore, we chased waves and took happy photos, camera clicks mixing with summer tides. Master Luo from Production shared his heartfelt thought: Tied to machines all year, he now tasted the vivid, warm vitality of boundless ocean freedom— a feeling we all share deeply.

United in purpose and aspiration, their passion burns as fiercely as flames.

Laughter and warmth filled the air during team games. In the Backward Ball Pass challenge, teams focused closely, passing in perfect sync. They laughed off mishaps and high-fived over victories—their genuine bond spoke louder than words.

For Giant Steps, groups of five marched as one. Straps bound their feet, yet trust bound their hearts. In that moment, we were more than coworkers; we were teammates side by side.

As the event drew to a close, a light drizzle drifted on the sea breeze. We ran barefoot along the shore, waves lapping our ankles, our laughter carried far by the wind. Pure, lasting joy lingered in the embrace of Zhujiajian, Zhoushan.

The finest taste is a reward for diligence; gratitude resides in our hearts.

We enjoyed a generous seafood feast as a treat for our daily grind. Juicy crabs and fine dishes went down with icy beer, bursting with fresh flavors. Company leaders toasted sincerely: “Through tough work we stand united. Relax by the sea, bond with each other. Unity powers both air conditioners and our team.”

All employees cheered, touched and delighted. The Refrigeration Division lead shared: “The sea’s delicacies delight my taste, and team warmth fills my heart, a memory I’ll cherish long.”

When the tide is low, the shore appears wide; with a steady wind, the sails fly high.

On the way back, everyone leaned against the window, gazing at the receding coastline; their phones were filled with group photos and mutual greetings. As their fingers swiped across the screens, memories of the days spent laughing together flooded their minds. The beauty of Zhoushan's scenery added a unique warmth to this journey. Department Head Yang from the Storage Department remarked emotionally: "This team-building activity was not just about relaxation—it was also about bringing hearts closer together. When everyone laughed and worked hard toward a common goal, corporate culture ceased to be mere slogans on walls and became something tangible and deeply meaningful."

Though the sky and sea may be vast, they cannot compare to the breadth of shared aspirations; though the journey ahead may be long, steadfast effort will surely lead us there. The waves of Zhoushan may recede from our sight, yet the fervent passion and mutual understanding within our hearts will shine like a beacon, guiding our path forward. With a long future ahead, let us join hands and embark on this new chapter together!
